Terms and Conditions of the Event

Effective date: September 20, 2023

This event offered by Sticker.ly features a service using AI technology whereby if you upload photos of yourself, the service will render different AI image styles for the photos uploaded (the “AI Service”). You should carefully read the terms and conditions of the AI Service being offered as part of this event. By participating in using the AI Service and participating in this event, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. AI Service; Uploading Photos

In using the AI Service (which shall include all technologies and features incorporating any artificial intelligence algorithms, hereinafter “AI Service”) feature, you acknowledge and agree that you are at least the age of legal majority, as applied to you in your applicable and respective jurisdiction. By using the AI Service, you agree that you will submit your photos to generate or use the AI Service. You consent that we are permitted to use your photos to teach the AI algorithms solely for the purpose of generating your deliverables resulting from your use of the AI Service. Sticker.ly is not responsible for any content generated by your use of the AI Service. Your photos will be deleted within seven days after the Term (as defined below) of the event providing the AI Service. The deliverables generated from the AI Service will be stored and can be downloaded until seven days after the expiration of the Term. The deliverables will be deleted after such period and you will be unable to download or access the deliverables after such period. You must not use or submit any photos that violate Sticker.ly’s terms of use, or to which you do not have all the necessary rights thereto. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Sticker.ly and its affiliates harmless against any losses or claims arising out of or relating to your use of photos that violate these terms and conditions, or Sticker.ly’s terms of use. Furthermore, in using the AI Service, it may be unable to generate the deliverables if your uploaded photos fail to meet our specifications, or if the network connection is unstable. You can continue to press the “retry” button until the AI images are generated without further payment.

2. Payments and Refunds

The AI Service is a paid feature, and you agree to Sticker.ly’s pricing terms and product deliverables as provided through this event. Payments will be processed through the payment processing feature of the App Store or Google Play Store, and any refunds requested during the Term will be processed and governed by the relevant refund policies of the App Store or Google Play Store. Sticker.ly may change the price per transaction at any time, without prior notice. You must use up all of the amounts remaining on your account prior to the expiration of the Term; any remaining amount that is left unused shall not be refunded to you. Furthermore, any refund requests submitted upon expiration of the Term shall not be accepted.

3. Term

This event and the AI Service provided as part of the event shall last for a set period of time, which shall initially be 30 days (the “Term”). Upon expiration of the Term, you will not be able to use or access the AI Service. However, the term may be extended or shortened by Sticker.ly at any time without any prior notice to you.

4. Terms of Use

In participating in this event and using the AI Service offered as part of the event, you also agree to be bound by Sticker.ly’s terms of use, as well as the pricing and product deliverable details stipulated in Sticker.ly’s app. These terms and conditions of the event and the use of the AI Service are supplemental to Sticker.ly’s terms of use.
