Sticker.ly Paid Service Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: April 16th, 2026
Thank you for using Sticker.ly and the products, services and features we make available to you as part of our Service. While there are no fees for the use of many aspects of the Service, Sticker.ly enables access to certain premium features such as subscription memberships, Sticker.ly PLUS (“Paid Service”). By accessing, purchasing, or otherwise using Paid Service, you agree to be bound by these Paid Service Terms and Conditions (“Paid Service Terms”). If you do not agree to these Paid Service Terms, then you may not access, purchase, or use Paid Service.
1. SERVICE PROVIDER
The entity providing the Sticker.ly Paid Service is NAVER Z Corporation, located at 12, 13F, 6 Buljeongro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. We may use other companies within NAVER Z Corporation corporate group, now or in the future (these companies are referred to as our “Affiliates”) to manage Paid Service.
2. APPLICABLE TERMS
Your transactions and any use of the Paid Service are subject to: these Sticker.ly Paid Service Terms; Sticker.ly Terms of Use; Sticker.ly Privacy Policy; and Sticker.ly Contents Guideline (the “Terms”). Please read the Terms carefully and make sure you understand them. If you do not understand the Terms, or do not accept any part of them, then you may not use the Paid Service. Each time you place an order for a Paid Service (including when you order a subscription or an item of content), you will enter into a separate contract with us for that particular Paid Service and will be asked to accept the Paid Service Terms again.
3. AGE REQUIREMENTS
The age requirements in the Sticker.ly Terms of Use also apply to your use of the Paid Service. If you authorized the purchase and you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction or the age specified in our Terms of Use, whichever is higher, the purchase can be cancelled in accordance with the applicable law by contacting our customer support team as set forth in Section 12.
4. STICKER.LY PAID SERVICE: SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS AND BENEFITS
Sticker.ly PLUS is available as a monthly, semi-annually or annually subscription, both offering:
(a) An ad-free app experience.
(b) Exclusive access to premium sticker creation tools.
(c) A verification mark on your user profile.
(d) Free AI Experience Credits: Allocation of “Credits” provided to allow subscribers to experience AI-powered image and video generation features. These Credits are provided as a free promotional bonus for trial purposes and do not constitute a separate purchase. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Free AI Experience Credits are promotional bonus credits provided at no additional charge as part of your Sticker.ly PLUS subscription benefits. These Credits are not separately purchased items and have no monetary value. The provision and terms of promotional Credits are separate from and in addition to any paid subscription benefits.
4.1. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLOSURE
The AI features available through Sticker.ly PLUS use artificial intelligence technology to generate or modify images and videos based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:
(a) AI Interaction: When using AI features, you are interacting with an automated AI system, not a human.
(b) AI-Generated Content: Content created using our AI features is synthetically generated by artificial intelligence. Such content will be marked with machine-readable identifiers to indicate its artificial origin in compliance with applicable regulations, including the EU AI Act.
(c) User Responsibility: You are responsible for disclosing the AI-generated nature of content when sharing it publicly, particularly where such content depicts realistic representations of people, events, or places. You must not use AI features to create content that deceives others about its artificial origin or that constitutes prohibited “deep fake” content under applicable law.
(d) Limitations: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
5. AI CREDIT POLICY
5.1. Credit Consumption
Credits are consumed per generation attempt based on the rates specified within the Service. Consumption rates and the amount of Credits granted may be modified with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice. We will notify you of any material changes through the Service interface, email, or push notification. Changes will not apply retroactively to Credits already granted before the effective date of the change.
5.2. Grant
Credits are granted once per billing cycle.
5.3. Expiration and Forfeiture
Credits are valid only as long as your Sticker.ly PLUS subscription period remains active. All remaining Credits will automatically expire and be forfeited upon the actual expiration or termination of your subscription period. Users will receive notice at least fourteen (14) days before any scheduled Credit expiration.
Effect of Cancellation vs. Refund:
(a) If you cancel the renewal of your subscription, your Credits remain available for use until the end of the current billing cycle.
(b) If you withdraw (refund) your subscription, all Credits are forfeited immediately at the time the Paid Service (PLUS) is disconnected.
Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions:
(a) European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: For users located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, exercising your legal right of withdrawal within the applicable fourteen (14) day statutory cooling-off period will not result in forfeiture of unused Credits. In such cases, Credits will remain available until the end of the statutory cooling-off period or until refund is processed, whichever occurs first.
(b) Republic of Korea: For users located in South Korea, exercising your legal right of withdrawal within the applicable seven (7) day statutory period under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce will not result in immediate forfeiture of unused Credits, except where digital content provision has commenced with your express written consent and acknowledgment of restricted withdrawal rights as provided by applicable law.
(c) Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. PAYMENT
6.1. Payment Method
You may submit your debit card, credit card, or other payment information (your “Payment Information”) via our Service to purchase Paid Service. We accept certain payment methods that may vary by country or Paid Service. We use third-party payment processors (e.g. Apple, Google, etc) to process your Payment Information (“Payment Partners”).
If you purchase any Paid Services via our Payment Partners, then that purchase may be further subject to the legal terms and privacy policies of the applicable Payment Partners. For purchases via our Payment Partners, your billing relationship will be directly with the applicable Payment Partner. Any fees charged for Paid Services will be billed by the applicable Payment Partner using the payment method you have provided that Payment Partner. In these cases, such platform will charge your payment method and be responsible for managing any issues with your payment, including refunds.
6.2. Taxes and Fees
We will charge applicable taxes and fees when required to do so, but it is your responsibility to pay for all applicable taxes and fees associated with your use of the Service and your access to and purchase and use of Paid Service.
7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
7.1. Refund and Withdrawal Rights
(a) European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland:
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have a legal right to withdraw from your subscription within fourteen (14) days of purchase without giving any reason (“Cooling-Off Period”). To exercise your withdrawal right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., via email to support@stickerlyapp.com or through our in-app support function). You may use the model withdrawal form available in the App or on our website, but it is not obligatory. If you exercise your withdrawal right, we will reimburse you within fourteen (14) days of receiving your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Waiver of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content: If you request that your subscription benefits begin immediately during the Cooling-Off Period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content service has fully commenced. By clicking “Start Subscription Now” (or similar confirmation), you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right upon full performance of the service.
(b) Republic of Korea:
Korean consumers may withdraw from purchases within seven (7) days from the date of receiving contract documentation or the commencement of digital content supply, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. If you exercise your withdrawal right, we will process your refund within three (3) business days. If digital content provision has commenced with your express written (including electronic) consent and acknowledgment of restricted withdrawal rights, the withdrawal right may be limited as provided by applicable law. Any contract terms that are less favorable to you than the protections afforded under Article 35 of the Act shall be void.
(c) United States:
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective platform’s refund policies. To request a refund, please contact the platform through which you made your purchase. For California residents, please also see Section 7.2 regarding your cancellation rights under the California Automatic Renewal Law.
(d) Other Jurisdictions:
Refund rights vary by jurisdiction and by the platform through which you purchased your subscription. To request a refund, please contact the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) through which you made your purchase, or contact our customer support team.
(e) General:
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law. Where local consumer protection laws provide you with rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract, those rights shall prevail over any conflicting terms herein.
7.2. Cancellation of Subscription
Sticker.ly PLUS is a subscription that gives you special perks on the Services. When you purchase Sticker.ly PLUS, you expressly agree that you are authorizing recurring payments, and that payments will be made to us via the Payment Information and at the recurring intervals (monthly, semi-annually or annually) you have agreed to, until the subscription is canceled by you or by Sticker.ly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription settings in your Google Play or Apple App Store account, retaining access to the Paid Service until the current billing period ends. Refunds are subject to the respective platform’s policy, with no guaranteed refunds.
Same-Medium Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription through the same method you used to subscribe. If you subscribed online through our Service, you may cancel online through a clearly marked “Cancel Subscription” function within your account settings.
Annual Reminder Notices (California and applicable jurisdictions): For subscribers in California and other jurisdictions with automatic renewal laws, we will send you an annual reminder notice before your subscription renewal date. This notice will identify: (i) that your subscription will automatically renew; (ii) the recurring charge amount; (iii) the date of the next scheduled charge; and (iv) instructions on how to cancel your subscription. The reminder will be sent via the contact information you have provided.
Toll-Free Cancellation: Where required by applicable law, you may also cancel your subscription by contacting our customer support team at [toll-free number] or via email at support@stickerlyapp.com.
If your Payment Information is declined, you must provide new Payment Information or your Sticker.ly PLUS subscription will be canceled. If you provide new Payment Information and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
8. AMENDMENTS
8.1. Changes to the Paid Service
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove subscription features of the Paid Service with reasonable notice on the Service, but without direct notice to enhance user experience or for other operational reasons.
8.2. Changes to Fees
We may change the fees or benefits associated with Paid Service from time to time with at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice of material changes. We will notify you of any material fee changes through the Service interface, email, or push notification before the change takes effect. Changes will apply to billing cycles commencing after the notice period. However, no advance notice will be required for temporary promotions, including temporary reductions in the fees associated with the Paid Service.
We may offer promotional rates and if you received a discounted promotional offer, your price may go up per the terms of that offer following the initial subscription period for any subsequent renewal period.
Fees and benefits of the Paid Service are subject to change with prior notice as described above. Changes may be influenced by the policies of the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store:
- Google Play: When prices decrease, subscribers automatically pay the lower rate at their next billing cycle. For price increases, subscribers must opt-in to the new rate; otherwise, their subscription is canceled. Google Play alerts subscribers 30 days in advance, following a 7-day period during which providers can inform subscribers directly. Some increases might automatically apply after a notification period (30 or 60 days, based on the country) unless subscribers opt-out or cancel.
- App Store: Apple informs users in advance of subscription price increases via email, push notifications, and in-app notices. A significant price increase is one that exceeds USD $5 and 50% of the subscription price, requiring user consent for continuation at the new price. Without consent, subscriptions will not renew. Subscription management and cancellation can be directly handled through device settings.
8.3. Consent and Recordkeeping
We maintain records of your express affirmative consent to automatic renewal terms for the period required by applicable law. For California residents and other applicable jurisdictions, we retain such records for at least three (3) years from the date of consent or one (1) year following termination of your subscription, whichever is longer. You may request a copy of your consent records by contacting our customer support team.
9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
As stated in our Terms of Use and our Content Guidelines, you must follow and comply with the Terms. Failure to do so may constitute a breach of these Terms and result in a temporary or permanent ban from the Service or the removal of your User Content. In such instances, you might lose the benefits of Paid Service, and we will not compensate you for this loss. Terminating your Sticker.ly account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, you must do so through the Google Play or Apple App Store where the purchase was initially made.
10. CHANGING SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT
To transfer your subscription to a different account, simply sign in with the new account and use the “Restore Purchase” feature found within the App’s settings. This action will deactivate the subscription on your original account. You need to be signed into the same Google Play Store or Apple App Store account used for the original purchase.
11. RESTRICTIONS AND CONDUCT
The Paid Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Misuse, including account sharing, illegal use, or unauthorized access, is prohibited.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OR SERVICES
We may change these Paid Service Terms, for example, (1) to reflect changes to our Service or how we do business, e.g., when we add new products or features or remove old ones, (2) for legal, regulatory, safety or security reasons, or (3) to prevent abuse or harm. If we materially change the Paid Service Terms, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice (except when we launch a new product or feature or in urgent situations, such as preventing ongoing abuse or responding to legal requirements) and an opportunity to cancel any subscriptions. The new Paid Service Terms will be effective after such notice period. Your continued use of a Paid Service following such notice period will indicate your acceptance of the new Paid Service Terms. The new terms will apply to your use of all Paid Service content (including content you have purchased in the past) and all subsequent purchases. If you do not agree to such changes then (i) please cancel any subscriptions you have purchased before the end of the notice period and (ii) you may not buy any additional Paid Services and the latest version of the Paid Service Terms that you accepted will continue to apply to your use of previously purchased Paid Service.
13. CONTACT AND DISPUTES
For inquiries or to report violations of these Terms, please reach out through the App’s support function or by emailing support@sticker.ly.
13.1. Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable law or where a different governing law is mandatorily required, these Paid Service Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Paid Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution of any dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Sticker.ly agree to resolve any claims relating to these Paid Service Terms or the Paid Service through final and binding arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where prohibited by applicable law.
For users in the United States: You and Sticker.ly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Sticker.ly each waive any right to a jury trial.
13.3. Jurisdiction-Specific Consumer Rights Preservation
(a) European Economic Area and United Kingdom: If you are a consumer residing in the EEA or UK, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and the courts of your country of residence shall have jurisdiction over any such proceedings. You may also have the right to refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution entity. For EU consumers, information about online dispute resolution is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
(b) Republic of Korea: If you are a consumer residing in South Korea, you retain all rights afforded under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Framework Act on Consumers, and other applicable consumer protection laws. Any terms herein that conflict with mandatory consumer protection provisions shall be void to the extent of such conflict.
(c) Other Jurisdictions: Nothing in these Terms shall limit any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
14. AI DATA PROCESSING
When you use AI features within the Paid Service, your inputs (such as text prompts, images, or other content you provide) and the resulting AI-generated outputs may be processed to provide the Service. Please note the following:
(a) Data Processing: Your inputs are processed by our AI systems to generate the requested content. This processing is necessary to perform the Service you have requested.
(b) Service Improvement: We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from AI feature usage to improve our AI systems and the Service. We will not use your personal data or individually identifiable content for AI training purposes without your separate consent.
(c) Data Retention: AI-generated content and associated inputs are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may delete AI-generated content from your account at any time.
(d) Your Rights: You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data under applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). For detailed information about how we collect, use, protect, and share your data in connection with AI features, please see our Privacy Policy.
(e) Third-Party AI Providers: We may use third-party AI service providers to power certain AI features. Any such use is subject to our data processing agreements with those providers and is described in our Privacy Policy.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Paid Service Terms, together with the Sticker.ly Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Content Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and NAVER Z Corporation regarding the Paid Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
By subscribing to or continuing with Sticker.ly PLUS, you acknowledge and agree to these comprehensive Terms. Continued use following any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
