Why is there an error when adding Stickers to WhatsApp GB, Beta, business, etc?
We do not support to other clone versions of WhatsApp (GB, Pro, Delta, Business, etc.). Our app currently only works with the original version of WhatsApp. To use our app, please download and use the original version of WhatsApp.
My friends can download to WhatsApp GB, Beta, business, etc. and I can’t, Why?
As WhatsApp GB, Business, Beta, Pro etc. are clone versions of the Original WhatsApp, sometimes due to similar system and a glitch in the system some people are able to download the sticker pack. However, Sticker.ly does not offer support to other versions, only the official version of WhatsApp.
How can I add stickers to Telegram?
For now, Sticker.ly is supporting limited numbers of sticker packs for Telegram which are curated internally. Look for the telegram icon on sticker packs in our feed or check our Telegram tab in order to see what stickers are available.

You can search for stickers through the search bar on the app. You can either search stickers by keywords, pack codes or for usernames.

Someone shared a sticker pack link/code to me but when I open it, it shows an internet connection error, what should I do?
In case you clicked in a pack but the internet connection error appears, it is because the pack is set on private mode. Only the creator can have access to the sticker pack on private mode, in case you need, ask the creator to change the settings to public.
My sticker packs disappeared, how can I find it?
First check if the sticker pack is not on private mode. You can check it by clicking the private button (đź”’) on your profile page. (In your profile you can see the public packs on the three lines icon, and the private packs on the lockers icon).
Also keep in mind that there is a possibility that the sticker pack is not visible due to inappropriate content. (e.g., adult, violence, etc.).

My Sticker.ly account was connected to my Facebook/Google/Apple ID/Huawei ID account but I deleted my other social media, how can I access my account on Sticker.ly?
Unfortunately if your account on Sticker.ly was connected to another social media/email account that you deleted or you lost access, you won’t be able to access your account on Sticker.ly. The only way to recover access to your profile in Sticker.ly would be trying the recover access to your social media/email account.

How do I delete stickers that I created?
Click on the three dots on the top right in your pack next to the pack code and click on "Delete Pack". (Be sure you want to delete the sticker pack. Once deleted, the pack will be permanently deleted from our system and it is not possible to recover it)

If you deleted the sticker packs on our app, the stickers are permanently deleted from our server. But in case it is still visible on WhatsApp, it is because once exported to the WhatsApp, the stickers are added to the WhatsApp server. We do not have access to the WhatsApp server.

After you downloaded the sticker pack to WhatsApp, the pack is added to WA system and it’s not on our control anymore. The only tip that we can give is that if you wish to delete a sticker pack on WA, click on the sticker packs, click on the + icon on the right side, click on my stickers and delete the sticker pack you want.
